  • Packaging of medical Cannabis products
  • Labeling and recording inventory data
  • Inspect packaging and products to guarantee they are free of flaws and packaged correctly
  • Assist with the harvest and curing process of medical cannabis
  • Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the Packaging room while performing all duties
  • Where applicable, must adhere to Aurora’s SOPs and comply with Health Canada’s Cannabis Act. In addition, must adhere to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environment Management System) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series).
  • Where applicable, promote and maintain ISO and GMP requirements.
  • Other duties as required


  • Physical effort is required, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays and after hours as required.
  • Repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms.
  • Comfortable working with step ladders (i.e. two step ladder/single sided step ladder).



  • Previous experience working with cannabis plants
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to achieve objectives, as well as prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to excellent computer skills in MS Office
