The Supervisor, Cultivation oversees the day-to-day operations specifically within the flower rooms of a cultivation facility. This role involves managing cultivation teams focused on flowering cannabis plants, ensuring adherence to protocols, optimizing plant health, and maximizing yield.
As Supervisor, Cultivation Flower Rooms, you will be responsible for….
- Team Leadership:

- Supervise and lead cultivation teams working in the flower rooms, assigning tasks and overseeing daily activities related to flowering, pruning, and maintenance.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team efficiency and compliance with cultivation protocols.
- Cultivation Management - Flowering Phase:

- Monitor and manage the flowering process, overseeing the care, growth, and health of flowering cannabis plants.
- Implement cultivation schedules, nutrient plans, and pest management strategies specific to the flowering phase.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
-
- Enforce compliance with cultivation protocols, regulatory standards, and hygiene practices within the flower rooms.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, prevent contamination, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Data Recording and Reporting:
-
- Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities within the flower rooms, including growth metrics, inventory levels, and flowering schedules.
- Generate reports detailing cultivation metrics, yields, issues encountered, and suggestions for improvement.
- Facility Maintenance Collaboration:

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and optimal environmental conditions within the flower rooms.
- Identify and communicate maintenance needs to uphold an ideal environment for flowering cannabis plants.
Accountabilities:
- Leadership and supervision of cultivation teams to achieve optimal flowering processes and high-quality yield in the flower rooms.
- Adherence to cultivation protocols, compliance with regulatory standards, and accurate documentation of activities within the flower rooms.
You would be the best fit for this role if you have…
- Profound knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, particularly in the flowering phase, including pruning, flowering nutrient requirements, and pest management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and motivate a cultivation team.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate records and inventory management within a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field; or equivalent experience in cultivation management.
- 3+ years of experience in cannabis cultivation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role focused on flowering cannabis plants.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations governing cultivation practices within the cannabis industry.
