Job summary
We’re searching for a dynamic professional to join our Senior Finance Team as a Director, Strategic Finance. In this role, you will report into the CFO and be responsible for two specific areas: Global FP&A leadership and Investor Relations support. You will lead business investment opportunities, establish annual budgeting processes, develop financial models, review KPIs and more, to drive top and bottom-line growth and strengthen investor relationships. As the Director, Strategic Finance you will be responsible for…
 

  • The Global FP&A portfolio including:
    • Designing and leading the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and management reporting processes in collaboration with the Business Units, Strategic Planning, Supply & Operations, and Corporate and Regional Finance teams
    • Acting as the Finance Business Partner for the International/ Rest of World Business Unit and Corporate SG&A functions for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and ad hoc decision support that drives positive results for the business
    • Overseeing the Business Case Process to ensure strategic alignment, consistent evaluation, and optimal use of capital resources
    • Preparing presentation materials communicating consolidated P&L and Cash Flow performance and projections for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
    • Providing financial thought leadership, strategic insights, and analytics by identifying business opportunities and driving initiatives to completion with internal stakeholders
       
  • Investor Relations support including:
    • Providing support and owning the completion of deliverables around the quarterly and annual reporting process including the Investor presentation and supplementary investor documents, management's formal conference call remarks, question and answer preparation
    • Contributing to the organization of Shareholder Engagement activities and preparation of related materials
    • Performing various competitive analysis duties including attending peer quarterly earnings calls and reviewing transcripts
    • Reviewing sell-side research reports and gathering financial data
    • Tracking investor relations events including sell-side conferences as well as buy-side meetings and support the preparation of materials required for participation in these events
    • Providing general support as required by the CEO, CFO and Finance Leadership Team

 

As an experienced professional you will have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • An MBA, CPA or CFA designation  
  • 10 + years of experience in a complex, global organization, with increasing levels of responsibility and seniority (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and multi-dimensional ERP systems to enable best-in-class FP&A processes that are automated, scalable, and efficient
