Application Integration Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of IS Applications, the Applications Integration Analyst will analyze, design, test, implement and maintain interfaces between our business applications built within the MuleSoft Enterprise Service Bus [TM1] Solution. This is a very dynamic environment that is rapidly transforming. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and have experience building complex systems interfaces utilizing either Mulesoft or comparable Enterprise Service Bus product.


  • Provide technical support for Mulesoft ESB environment including monitoring the overall health of the ESB environment
  • Work with team members to resolve reported issues with system integrations
  • Perform routine maintenance and patching activities
  • Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to fully understand, document and design application to application data interface requirements
  • Maintain interface dataflow end state design
  • Design, Build and Test high quality interfaces between a variety of business applications utilizing Mulesoft ESB Solution


Skills / Experience[TM2] 

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Information Systems Management or related program
  • Must have 5-7 years of experience designing, developing and delivering system interfaces with SaaS / Cloud hosted applications
  • Large enterprise experience implementing / integrating complex systems using an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), preferably with Mulesoft ESB but experience with other ESB tools will be considered
  • Deep knowledge and hands on experience in Java and/or C#.NET application development
  • Proven ability to deliver clear and concise documentation for interface design and data flows
  • Data Modelling / system integration field level dataflow mapping experience
  • Knowledge of ERP environments such as Sage X3(preferred) or other mainstream ERP applications
  • Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks including Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and Software Development Lifecycle
  • Adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions 
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
  • Experience with IT projects involving multidisciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Expert competency in Microsoft toolset
  • Ability to work against tight deadlines
  • Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems or a related discipline
