Aurora is recruiting a Logistics Analyst to work alongside logistics team. The ideal candidate will support the Logistics and External Supply Chain group. The Logistics Analyst will take initiative to improve the movement, distribution, and storage of products, while ensuring all stakeholders are provided outstanding service throughout the supply chain cycle.




  • Perform analysis of a variety of supply chain data sets to measure performance, identify trends and discover optimization opportunities
  • Budgetary analysis and forecasting
  • Modelling operational initiatives and projects – from new facilities, to new operational processes, to lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Developing new methods of data gathering, analysis, and reporting/communication strategies
  • Analyzing core operational KPIs
  • Labour costing analysis and modelling





  • Knowledge of ERP & WMS systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of logistics processes and procedures in a facility environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders




  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain
  • Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic and problem solving skills
  • Presentation skills considered an asset
  • Experience in a 3PL environment considered an asset
  • Fluent in both English and French is a definite asset
