Aurora Cannabis is recruiting an Analyst to join our Transportation team in the fast-paced cannabis industry with the pre-eminent cannabis company in the industry. Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-going analysis of the Aurora portfolio of companies and product offerings.



  • Responsible for improving the efficiency of the company’s shipping procedures and looking into the fact that the findings are reported properly, and new shipping policies and strategies are implemented.
  • Collecting and analyzing supply chain data.
  • Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with other professionals to implement changes and new systems.
  • Observe the various supply chain operations and make necessary suggestions which might be in the favor of the company’s success.
  • Check warehouse inventories, building relationship with colleagues, building orders and directing logistics.
  • A supply chain analyst is also majorly responsible for helping the company in enhancing the logistics and making sure that the customers as well as the distributors receive supplies on time. They are required to take timely orders and make reports about the deliveries and receiving of payments.
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials for internal and external meetings
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Other duties as assigned (ie: Admin, Vacation coverage for the team etc)



  • Ability to manage competing priorities involving multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment and see projects through to a successful completion
  • Strong business analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and ethics
  • Highly motivated and enjoys a challenge
  • Knowledge of the global cannabis industry would be considered an asset
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time



  • 2-5 years’ experience as an analyst, ideally in an investment bank, transportation, management consulting firm or M&A division of a medium-large operating company
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area
  • MBA and/or financial industry designation considered an asset
  • Experience with business integrations considered an asset
  • Experience in a multi-faceted work environment considered an asset
  • Intermediate Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects, MS Teams), Smartsheets
