  • Ensure all harvest and trim processes are followed according to prescribed SOPs while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Motivate and lead a large, dynamic team
  • Revise, understand, and follow all SOPs related forms to GMP standards as necessary
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed by all responsible parties using good documentation practices
  • Properly maintain batch records
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Propagation Departments as required
  • Coordinate the Harvest Team for efficient harvest, trimming, and room cleanup
  • Utilize an inventory system, as necessary, to capture and record harvest, weighing, and/or destruction events while following all documentation protocols
  • Harvest and pre- and post-processing of cannabis
  • Disease inspection (disease and pest identification)
  • Operate an automated trimming machine (multiple positions)
  • Quick and efficient manual trimming of cannabis
  • Transport of harvested and processed cannabis between production environments in a sanitary fashion
  • Participate in meetings as required
  • As needed miscellaneous work including cleaning



  • All candidates must have a 10 year clean criminal background and have no history of arrest for drug possession or trafficking
  • Proven leadership skills in a similar environment
  • Knowledge or basic understanding of GMP standards
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods
  • Good eye-hand coordination and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required to support operational requirements
