Aurora is seeking a Logistics Data Specialist. With operations excellence and continuous improvement as our end goal, this role will work within our Logistics - Medical Fulfillment team. This position can be located in the Greater Toronto Area or Edmonton area. Work from home considerations are available during the COVID-19 pandemic.



  • Collect, prepare and publish various types of data for reporting, using several platforms per a defined schedule
  • Develop and maintain BI reporting, dashboards and visual formats
  • Develop policies and procedures for the collection, analysis and storage of data
  • Provide in-depth data collection and analysis as required by the business
  • Network with business subject matter experts to fully understand the business mechanics that generate the data
  • Identify/understand relevant datasets/tools/platforms to support the best practice use for analytics
  • Own and continuously improve launched analytical tools/models
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Management expectations and agreed objectives
  • Liaise with 3rd party operations and corporate areas regarding data inputs/outputs



  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics, data gathering and reporting
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment
  • Ability to respond to dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Comfortable working independently with minimum supervision
  • Experience at responding to complex/ stressful situations and resolving issues positively
  • Able to follow and uphold standard operating procedures precisely and consistently
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Computers and technology oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal)
