Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently recruiting for a Key Performance Indicators Supervisor to join our Operations team in Nisku, AB. The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:


  • Development and track operational KPIs at a corporate level.
  • Analyze and quantify novel processes to determine KPIs.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders the analysis of KPIs. 
  • Innovation of KPI’s at a domestic level, with a focus on international growth. 
  • Assess performance trends and propose corrective measures to achieve the KPI.  
  • Lead enhancement to the KPI framework and performance dashboard for all departments. 
  • Consistent, accurate and comprehensive performance reports. 


  • Strong ethical compass in all business decision making and interpersonal relationships combined with strong social skills.
  • Thrives in a fast paced and fluid work environment.
  • Ability to operate strategically and/or operationally, as the situation requires.
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in achieving business objectives. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects involving multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment. 
  • Identify desired outcomes up front and build them in to each new idea. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions, as well as contingency plans. 
  • Support reports and metric dashboards on a reoccurring to ad hoc basis to improve measurement and visibility of KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). 
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry would be considered an asset. 


  • 4+ years relevant post-secondary education, or 5+ years relevant experience. 
  • Experience with M&A integrations would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with tracking and implementation of KPI systems, especially at a corporate level.
  • Experience in a compliance-based environment. 
  • The position will involve frequent travel across the country, and internationally, to support current and ongoing projects based on operational needs.
