Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently looking for a Packaging Team Member to work with our packaging production team in the fast-paced cannabis industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing a range of gummy products. 



  • Ensure all processes are followed according to prescribed SOPs while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies  

  • Understand and follow all SOPs and related forms to GMP standards  

  • Ensure all required documentation is completed by all responsible parties using good documentation practices  

  • Follow strict cleaning practices and procedures  

  • Continuous monitoring temperature and humidity in the Packaging Room  

  • Properly maintain batch records and log books  

  • Efficiently package chocolate products in a fast paced environment  

  • Great attention to detail is necessary during daily inspections for microbial   

  • Move pre- and post-processed product between production departments in a sanitary fashion  

  • Prepare large shipments of packaged product for transport to locations off site  

  • Complete all required documentation using good documentation practices  

  • Attend and participate in meetings as required  



  • High school or equivalent  

  • Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing or warehouse an asset  

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task  

  • Communication and problem-solving skills  

  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills  

  • Exceptional attention to detail  

  • Stand or sit for long periods  

  • Excellent eye-hand coordination  

  • Ability to speak and write in English is considered an asset  

  • Bilingualism is considered an asset
