The Shipping and Receiving Analyst - ERP role will work closely with our production facilities and distribution centers to establish industry best shipping, receiving and TM policies and procedures. This role will appeal to a detail oriented, shipping and receiving expert with outstanding systems skills. If you are an analytical individual capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, you would be a great addition to our team. Occasional travel may be required for this role.



  • Supports the activities of the shipping and receiving departments across our production facilities and 3PL managed finished goods warehouses utilizing their knowledge of shipping policies and procedures.
  • Represent the Logistics team as the Shipping and Receiving resource on the corporate ERP project team.
  • Strong understanding of distribution models and their application with a particular focus on DSD and Wholesale operations.  
  • Support Aurora and 3PL ops teams across multiple facilities to implement standardized processes and deliver superior levels of control in shipping, receiving and order fulfilment.
  • Supports dispatch operations and national disbursement activities.
  • Leverages reporting tools and systems to analyze our logistics strategy to deliver superior results in a highly regulated industry.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of the corporate ERP as it relates to logistics and fulfilment
  • Provide support and develop solutions for the Logistics and ERP teams through complex problem solving
  • Support Finance and Audit requirements as well as the design of cross functional reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, material flow improvement, and business development
  • Take action to improve processes and operational performance by working with other facility representatives and departments to drive continuous improvement



  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of Shipping Receiving/Dispatch/Operations Management experience
  • Shipping and Receiving experience is key
  • Understanding of logistics, Transportation Management, QA and audit processes.
  • Experience with warehouse/transportation Management operations in a 3PL environment a plus
  • ERP System development and deployment experience an asset
  • Sage X3 experience is an asset
  • Analytical process view and able to document processes in process-flow
  • Computers and technology oriented, advanced user in MS Office suite and other software.
  • TMS, WMS, and database management competencies considered an asset
  • Experience at responding to complex and stressful situations and resolving issues positively.
  • High degree of ability to think strategically and problem solve
  • Able to develop, follow and uphold standard operating procedures precisely and consistently; detail oriented
  • Time management and follow-up skills; highly organized and detail oriented
  • Self-starter with good judgment and can proactively manage up where appropriate

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • You have reliable transportation to work
  • Able to pass a background screening mandated by Health Canada
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent in both French and English is a plus



  • 2-3 years Shipping and Receiving /Transportation Management experience
  • 2-3 years in dynamic work field and international environment
  • 1-3 years in logistics/supply chain /order entry/customer service preferred
