Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently recruiting for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team located in Leduc, AB. Reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Lead, the Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the following:



  • Process, package and ship orders accurately at a fast pace
  • Upon receiving shipments, place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Visually inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or defects
  • Tracking and maintenance of inventory supplies and records
  • Managing consumable inventory within a confined environment
  • Organization of facility’s stock and space, keeping area clean daily
  • Using loader to load and unload freight off trucks
  • Moving pallets and other materials around as required using a pallet jack and small pallet mover.
  • Abide by all company safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures



  • Completion of High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years’ proven warehouse experience
  • Fork Lift/Loader Operator ticket is required
  • Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment considered a strong asset
  • Must be able to work within a team environment but also able to work independently
  • Knowledge of GMP is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of WHMIS and MSDS considered an asset
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs  
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
