VAULT CONTROLLER  

Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently recruiting for a Vault Controller to join our Shipping and Receiving team. Reporting directly to the Shipping and Receiving Lead the individual will be responsible for organizing the vaults contents and keeping inventory of goods.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Report to the Shipping and Receiving Lead 

  • Package bulk bagged products into storage totes and label accordingly 

  • Retrieve product required for the Chocolate and Gummy department  

  • Organize and arrange the vault contents in an efficient manner 

  • Prioritize and manage requests from various departments  

  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to facilitate release of product  

  • Maintain an accurate and current vault inventory  

  • Verify product inventory count in the vault on a weekly basis  

  • Complete vault documentation to track incoming and outgoing product 

  • Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments 

  • Maintain strong communications with the Shipping and Receiving Lead 

  • Limit vault access to a minimum staff  

  • Understand and follow all related SOPs and procedures to GMP standards 

  • Complete all required documentation using good documentations practices 

  • Attend meetings as required 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High school or equivalent 

  • Experience in general labor, manufacturing or warehouse an asset 

  • Must have experience managing/supervising staff 

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a team environment  

  • Excellent time management, leadership and interpersonal skills 

  • Exceptional attention to detail 

  • Stand or sit for long periods 

  • Ability to speak and write in English is considered an asset
