  • Supervise operations and personnel within the order fulfillment area.
  • Proactively engage in performance management activities for the team: by conducting development and performance coaching sessions, performance.
  • Maintain order fulfillment operations by initiating and coordinating operational policies and procedures as related to the order fulfillment process.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve quality and promote operational efficiencies.
  • Where applicable, promote and maintain GMP requirements.
  • Communicating on a daily basis with the Client Care department, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with other team members to maintain an efficient and productive workflow to achieve daily productivity goals/KPI’s.
  • Receiving and managing products returned by clients, monitoring statuses of client returns and investigating products when required.
  • Shipping release samples to third party labs & storing retained samples internally.
  • Communicating with associated teams to ensure all products are accounted for on company website shop, manage inventory levels and balance stock.
  • Other duties as required.




  • Physical effort is required, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays and after hours as required.
  • Repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms.
  • Comfortable working with step ladders (i.e. two step ladder/single sided step ladder).




  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to achieve objectives, as well as prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to excellent computer skills in Excel, Outlook, S.A.P., BioTrack and Sage x3.
  • Must be a steward of Aurora’s Corporate Culture.
  • Technical understanding of order management software.
  • One to three years supervisory experience
  • Strong staff mediation skills.
  • Strong attention to FIFO method in regards to product fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of Quality requirements & procedures.
  • Strong background knowledge in Health Canada regulations.
