Location: Markham, ON




  • Conduct daily walk through to ensure all systems especially the mechanical components of the facility are functioning properly
  • Build or install new office equipment that are essential for the operation of the facility as well as any modifications
  • Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems
  • Willingly to organize and stack new deliveries and supplies
  • Assisting with the daily maintenance of the facility (i.e., changing lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, etc.)
  • Coordinate work with contractors
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Other duties as required



  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic maintenance tasks
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Willing to perform various support tasks
  • Ability to work any shift, overtime and weekend rotations as needed
  • Demonstrate regard for safety and knowledge of standards
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs independently
  • Moving and re-arranging furniture as needed within safety standards and limits
