We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Pemberton team in the role of Post-Harvest Team Member! In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your love of cannabis by nurturing all aspects of the cultivation process to ensure our products exceed global standards. From planting to harvesting to trimming dried cannabis flowers, you will leverage all aspects of your technical skills and passion for the industry to make an impact at Aurora and here’s how you’ll do it...

As a Post-Harvest Team Member, you will...

  • Partner with the facilities team to nurture all aspects of the cultivation process including planting, harvesting, and caring for dried cannabis 
  • Facilitate the trimming process of dried cannabis flowers while following WMMC guidelines and ensuring the products exceed industry standards 
  • Elevate the operations of the facility by recommending opportunities for improvement, cleaning and maintaining equipment and fostering a safe and healthy environment for our plants and people 
  • Perform additional duties, responsibilities and special projects as required by the Company

Bonus points if you have...

  • Prior working experience in the Cannabis industry along with knowledge of best practices related to cultivating dry cannabis (an equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered when creating our talent pool)
     
    This role is in one of Aurora’s Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified plants and works directly with products. Towards the end of the recruitment process, we require that you undergo a medical screening exam with our third-party vendor.
