We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our Supply Chain Team in the role of Master Planner. In this role you will be responsible for the 17-week Master Production Schedule and supporting activities. You will ensure best practices in supply planning, inventory planning, and monitoring manufacturing capabilities to ensure growth demands are met. Sounds interesting? Here is a little more…

 

 As the Master Planner you will…

  • Work closely with the site teams, maintain, optimize, and communicate the rolling 4-month Master Production Schedule (MPS)
  • Drive the capacity planning process, generating long term, 12 to 18 month utilization projections and driving related actions
  • Hand off weekly requirements to the Finite Scheduling team and work together to address issues and improve plans
  • Manage plan requirements in conjunction with operational constraints, customer service objectives, stock rotation/age and capacity
  • Review long-term forecasts to identify and mitigate possible capacity or material issues and recommend and execute appropriate action
  • Review and maintain planning parameters to meet service level and efficiency objectives
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports including KPI’s
  • Work with 3rd Party manufacturers, determining and communicating requirements and facilitating successful schedule adherence
  • Collaborate with Product Innovation on new launches
  • Document processes, flows and instructions, utilizing good documentation practices
  • Comply with GMP’s, SOP’s and other company processes and policies
  • Comply with Company safety program and create a culture of safety and teamwork in the manufacturing department and throughout the facility
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

You’re the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Admin - Supply Chain Management or related field such as Industrial Engineering
  • 2-5 years Supply Planning experience
  • Pharmaceutical, food or similar manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience working in a regulated space
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software applications, with proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt; maintain focus and a high degree of accuracy while working with complex data in an environment of ever-changing deadlines, priorities and requirements
  • Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
  • Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations
