MEDICAL TRADE COORDINATOR

 

Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently recruiting for a Medical Trade Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and the National Medical Sales Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage small marketing projects or project components under the marketing and medical sales team.
  • Coordinate document approval processes.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain data bases that track sales performance.
  • Create high level reports that summarize sales data conveying market trends, key account analysis, and new product information.
  • Support the sales team by preparing, developing, and printing marketing materials.
  • Assist with the planning and facilitation of marketing programs, plans and activities to help sales growth while tracking and measurement of its success. 
  • Support both marketing and field sale initiatives
  • Assist in conference planning and execution
  • Track and maintain the marketing budget
  • Accomplish over all company and team goals by taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a high performing culture open to and comfortable with constantly evolving priorities and new challenges
  • Excellent with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to speak and write French is required
  • Strong document proofing and editing skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and cross functionally

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related role
  • Experience in the of the pharmaceutical, biotech, health care industry
  • Strong knowledge of the emerging cannabis industry would be considered an asset
