COORDINATOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the Business Development Coordinator’s focus will be to enable growth of our Business-to-Business team through exceptional delivery of operational and business development tasks. This opportunity is an exciting combination of being a key strategic contributor to the execution of new revenue streams and having cross-functional exposure to many areas of our business.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate International business development activities
  • Coordinate strategic business deals focused on driving Business-to-Business growth
  • Enable and support the standardization of business development operations across multiple pillars
  • Perform market research and data analysis to better understand markets, competition, trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure their deliverables are ready on time to meet project schedules
  • Support meeting set-up, organization, record and issue minutes of meetings as required
  • Participate, as needed, in relationship-building opportunities, including conferences and other offsite events
  • Coordinating and scheduling calls between potential customers and the Directors, Business Development
  • Coordinate with subject-matter-experts across the organization to deliver tasks and support business development activities
  • Weekly inventory management and allocations for International Bulk sales
  • Create weekly reports and allocation files for White Label customers
  • Support contract manufacturing and growing framework
  • Execute B2B website updates on a weekly basis to ensure only current products and services are listed
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or related field
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect; is effective both inside and outside the organization, on both cool data and hot and controversial topics
  • A self-starter; capable of working both independently and in a team environment, sometimes with little direction
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Proficient in smartsheet and Microsoft Office products
  • Strong attention to detail
