Reporting directly to the Director of Advocacy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the ​CSR Project Coordinator ​will be responsible for establishing and managing effective project coordination/management practices for a global team overseeing Aurora’s initiatives related to advocacy, social responsibility, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and community investment. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and have strong project management experience working in complex and fast-paced environments.



  • Develop and administer project management tools, processes, best practices for a global team
  • Build, manage, and track CSR project plans including scheduling, task management, budgeting, KPI development and tracking, and resource allocation; ultimately ensuring deliverables are met on time while meeting or exceeding standards
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient and effective collaboration
  • Aid in the administration of CSR/ESG reporting, advocacy, and community investment activities
  • Ensure success of CSR-led projects through project planning and coordination to achieve project, department, and company goals



  • Exceptional ability to coordinate multiple complex projects through project management best practices, tools, and productive collaboration
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills including effective prioritization and follow-up in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment
  • Expertise in project management software (MS Project and Smartsheet) including proven ability to develop and manage these tools
  • Ability to gain respect, build consensus, and collaborate effectively among stakeholders including colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including working with remote teams, and a focus on positive, productive relationships
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide creative solutions
  • Knowledge of project management trends including strategy, tools, and standards



  • Degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of job-related experience; minimum three years’ direct experience with project coordination/management
  • PMP certification considered an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred
