We are presently recruiting for a skilled and experienced individual for the role of Digital Product Manager who is excited to play a key role in delivering best in class digital experiences.  This full-time position is based in the Toronto office and reports into the Director of Digital Marketing.



  • Set digital marketing product roadmaps, backlog and execution plans based on consumer insights, stakeholder engagement and business objectives.
  • Identify feature enhancements for current consumer digital products to enhance experience, consumer acquisition and ecommerce conversion metrics.
  • Identify product requirements and feature sets for emerging consumer digital products.
  • Work collaboratively with IS technology leads to best leverage current platform technologies and identify future platform integrations to deliver increased effectiveness and engagement with digital products.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization of features across global digital products to enhance consumer experiences and deliver efficiencies.
  • Leverage data insights, customer feedback and stakeholder input to develop clear user stories and requirements to be delivered to design and technology teams.
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature enhancements based on ROI for short-term, medium term and long-term initiatives.
  • Manage plans and effectively communicate with business leads, UX, design and development teams to ensure high quality, on time delivery of digital marketing product features.
  • Develop strong working relationships across business units to gain alignment.
  • Accountable for tracking performance and improving digital KPIs based on prioritization of product features.
  • Provide digital strategic direction on integrated e-commerce initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively to implement measurement frameworks to gauge effectiveness of digital marketing product enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in sprint planning, grooming and prioritization.
  • Intake and manage feature requests across range of business units for prioritization with marketing team’s product backlog.
  • Take ownership from strategy through to execution of digital marketing product initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation through translating strategies into initiatives and features with measurable ROI.
  • Provides routine, consistent and clear communication on status of digital marketing product feature progress and performance.
  • Implement effective methodologies for gathering internal and external insights and requirements
  • Create journey maps and effectively identify consumer pain points to affirm core digital marketing product features strategies.
  • Development of workflows and procedures to streamline communications and drive effective cross-functional delivery.




  • Knowledge of emerging cannabis industry an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role such as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Deep expertise in digital analytics and consumer insights.
  • Experience with wide range of marketing technology and data platforms.
  • Strong background in project management and agile methodologies.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience leading digital app and website consumer strategies with ecommerce.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and projects with competing deadlines concurrently.
  • Ability to gain internal respect and consensus from superiors and peers cross-functionally.
  • Ability to drive towards a larger big picture vision while managing the details.
  • Adaptable and flexible to a changing environment.



  • 5 – 7 years of experience in a similar digital marketing Product Owner or Product Manager role.
  • Knowledge within cannabis industry or another regulated industry is an asset.
