Manager, Corporate and Subsidiary Marketing

Aurora Cannabis is looking for a highly motivated Manager to join our Marketing team in the fast-paced cannabis industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both strategic marketing and integrations projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule and on budget.


  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to build out robust project plans to drive the entire lifecycle of both strategic and integration projects
  • Lead collaboration between marketing, sales, and other teams to concept, plan, and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns for new and existing products
  • Responsible for working with the integrations group to define and oversee development of the strategic objectives for all integrations from a marketing perspective
  • Coordinate all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery of projects – Be solutions-oriented to resolve any and all issues which may impact the successful (and timely) completion of integrations projects
  • Manage, monitor, and report on marketing budgets/spending
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to drive brand visibility and to gain market share within regulatory frameworks
  • Identify and leverage regional best practices
  • Clearly communicate all brand strategies and programs to Sales, including: development of stakeholder presentations; sell sheets; etc.
  • Monitor and measure program execution and effectiveness; provide post-mortem analysis and recommendations on programs/integration projects
  • Monitor and report competitive brand actions and developments
  • Accountable for the timely completion of all integrations objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Oversee direct reports (recruit, supervise, mentor, and manage employee performance)


  • Previous success in executing marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness using out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong analytical skills to drive consumer and customer insights into commercial action and execution
  • Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Customers, and Regulatory Affairs
  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, ideally in regulated industry
  • A technologically savvy individual who is comfortable working in a data driven environment
  • Proven track record of working multi-location staff.
  • Experience with M&A integrations would be considered an asset
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time within Canada and Internationally for extended periods of time. This percentage may vary based on business needs.
