We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Client Care team in the role of Bilingual Client Care Speacilist, Veteran Concierge Team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your passion for customer service by assisting our patients through all the processes.
From answering the phone call to solving issues with the request to building the sustainable relationship with our patients, you will leverage all aspects of your technical skills and passion for the industry to make an impact at Aurora and here’s how you’ll do it… 


As a Client Care Speacialist, you will…

  • Ensuring the VAC phone line is answered within 1 min  
  • All inquiries from the line are handled immediately, whether registration, coverage, or sales related  
  • Ensuring all VAC submissions are completed within 24 hours of the registration  
  • Ensuring any clients in Pre-VAC status after 60 days are followed up with Blue Cross  
  • Ensuring all invoice denials are investigated and communicated to finance prior to the next report (bi-weekly)  
  • Reaching out to 3rd party billing companies to gain/confirm coverage  
  • Communicating with finance to create new insurers in the systems when applicable  
  • Ensuring 3rd Party billing clients have coverage applied immediately upon receipt  
  • Taking all orders via telephone for 3rd party billing   


You would be the best fit for this role if you are… 

  • Fluent in English and French (Verbal & Written)
  • A basic understanding of all Registration processes and procedures   
  • A basic understanding of all Sales and Support processes and procedures   
  • A basic understanding of VAC processes and procedures including:  
  • Pre-VAC screening, qualification, application and follow-up  
  • VAC coverage implementation and follow-up  
  • Coverage decline resubmissions  
  • VAC vaporizer billing and follow-up  
  • Invoice decline investigation   
  • An basic understanding of 3rd party billing processes and procedures including:  
  • How to confirm and apply coverage  
  • Taking orders via the phone for 3rd party billing  
  • Invoice decline investigation
