Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, IT Service Delivery and Operations and support key stakeholders in the design, implementation, and optimization of business processes with a focus on Sage X3/ Success Factors/ Concur/ Dayforce. As the ERP / HR Functional Analyst you will be involved in …
•    Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sage X3 modules
•    Learn and be a support member of Success Factors/ Concur and Dayforce ecosystem
•    Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the Sage X3 application including ongoing maintenance and roll-out of new modules and organizational entities
•    Work in conjunction with internal and external IT professionals to provide support for application maintenance, modification, process improvements and enhancement as required through problem solving, testing, reports development and documentation
•    Liaise with business users and application developers to identify bugs, recommend, prioritize, and implement enhancements and processes
•    Communicate with stakeholders to ensure support issues and project tasks are dealt with quickly and efficiently
•    Provide training on financial /HR processes in relation to the system
•    Develop and execute test plans, and assemble and document test results
•    Assist with various special projects including developing internal control policies and supporting ad-hoc or change management requests

 

You would be the best fit for this role if you have…
•    Post-secondary education such as a Bachelor’s Degree, in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or relevant field
•    Relevant work experience using Sage X3 or other large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle Financials etc., and supporting key modules related to finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Foreign Exchange, Inter-Company Transactions), manufacturing (BoM, Purchasing, Work Orders, Scheduling, Shop Floor, Cost Control, MRP) or inventory management (Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Stock Transfers, Shipping/Receiving), Onboarding, Learning Management System, Travel and expenses systems, Time sheet and Payroll systems
•    Knowledge of software requirements for the auditing of financial/HR systems and procedures
