Job summary

We’re on the search for a dynamic professional to join our Operations team in the role of Procurement Coordinator, Co-op. Reporting to the Senior Buyer you will be responsible for updating and maintaining reports that support decision making with in the procurement department.  Additionally, be able to perform procurement activities while building strong cross-functional and supplier relationships.



As the Procurement Coordinator, Co-op you will…


Tactically support procurement with analytical and operational support.

  • Reporting, tracking and analysis of KPIs
  • Update and maintain supplier scorecards & databases
  • Collecting documentation to support Supplier onboarding and re-qualification.
  • Route contracts for signature (i.e., NDAs, price lists)
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels ensuring adequate min/max targets are being achieved.
  • Supplier NCR (non-conformance reports) issue tracking and closure.


Strategically engage with supplier and internal stakeholders.

  • Build and support strong long-term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, waste, and seek opportunities for efficiencies in the supply chain.
  • Provide adhoc reports as required.


Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations & QA to source and develop new materials sources. 

  • This will include coordinating both the product qualifications & vendor set up activity.
  • Ensuring all cross functional team needs are recognized and met.

If you would be great if you have …

  • Pursuing Degree in business or certification in supply chain or related discipline (SCMP, CIPS, CPIM, CPSM)
  • Excellent communication, time management skills and ability to and prioritize.
  • Excel at working independently and with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate with exceptional skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Worked with Sage X3 or other ERP systems, Microsoft Power Bi, Smartsheet, or other analytical tools
