Job Summary

 

As the Senior Director, Channel Partnerships & Operations, you will report into the Senior Vice-President, Commercial Canada and lead three (3) major pillars. First, you will oversee the end-to-end customer care & clinic operations that interact with our patients and customers and ensure best-in-class experiences. Second, you will manage and deepen relationships with partners and vendors to capitalize on all growth opportunities and finally you will oversee our clinic relations efforts to work cross-functionally across our patient-focused departments.

 

You are a successful leader within the channel partnership and operations space. You can build relationships with all levels of the organization to inspire innovation and introduce best-in-class customer care strategies and solutions.

 

As the Senior Director Channel Partnership and Operations you will be involved in…

 

  • Developing and executing strategies by leveraging technology solutions, consolidation, or other opportunities to optimizing our channel network to reduce costs, drive profitability and elevate the client experience
  • Managing the larger departmental channel budget closely with a laser focus on driving profitable revenue
  • Monitoring and reporting on channel KPIs and other indicators in support of continuous service, process, profitability and CSAT improvement
  • Overseeing a team of customer care and clinical professionals who engage in critical sales, service, and back-office duties
  • Engaging in joint planning with the Marketing, E-Commerce, and Product teams to ensure campaign, messaging and offering consistency
  • Mentoring, support and engage a team of high performing customer care and clinical professionals to deliver best-in-class solutions for our patients and customers
  • Overseeing the vendor and partner relationship management to ensure business success and mapping out areas for opportunity
  • Overseeing medical and patient affairs function in supporting clinic relations and education efforts across all patient and customer base

 

You would be the best fit for this role if you have…

 

  • 10 + years working in best-in-class operation environments with track record of transforming people, process, and technology to drive optimizations
  • 7 + years of accountability for teams that deliver world class patient and customer care
  • 7 + years in vendor and partner management driving results for all parties
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as Business Administration (we would also welcome an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Experience working in a regulated environment within distinct creative boundaries
