Overview:

 

Hempco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring great customer service, as well as providing administrative support to the Executive team.
 

Responsibilities and Duties:


• Provides trade customers with exceptional customer service.
• Answers, responds, and follow ups with consumer inquiries from our 1-800 consumer line.
• Responsible for the entire cycle of order processing and invoicing of all customer purchase orders.
• Reviews and tracks daily stock inventories and assigns lot codes to purchase orders.
• Collaborates with sales, logistics, operations, and accounting departments to ensure efficient order processing and on time delivery to our customers.
• Maintains office supplies inventories.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Present the company in a manner which portrays it in a respectable image
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
• Manage calendar, meetings, appointments
• Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials for distribution.
• Draft minutes of meetings, resolutions and standard agreements
• Support with meeting, travel and other arrangements
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
 

Qualifications:


• 3+ years' experience in Customer Service role with customer facing responsibilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiar with using office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
• Knowledge of filing systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with using Microsoft Office: Power point, Word, Excel
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent
judgment
• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to speak and write in English is considered an asset
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
• Public company experience preferred but not required
