QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE - ANANDIA

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of a QA Associate:

Quality System and Lab QC

  • Collaborate with members of the Quality Assurance team on the implementation and maintenance of quality systems.
  • Liaise with lab staff on resolving client technical concerns.
  • Track and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and present quality training for all staff.
  • Present Quality Orientation to new hires.

Documentation

  • Create, revise and maintain quality system documentation in accordance with relevant standards and regulations such as ISO/IEC 17025 and GMP.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of documentation.

Audits

  • Perform Internal Audits including coordination with department staff, report preparation and presentation.
  • Schedule, coordinate and participate in external audits and follow-up as required.

Round Robins and Proficiency Tests

  • Coordinate participation in testing with provider and lab.
  • Review and report results.
  • Follow-up on final reports and investigate deviations as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc or Diploma in Chemistry or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a QA/QC role.
  • Experience working with ISO/IEC 17025, GMP regulation or in an accredited/regulated lab environment.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
