SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

As a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Senior Financial Analyst, Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for leveraging data from multiple systems and sources to develop insightful reports at the department and executive levels. This person should be comfortable working with large data sets in an efficient manner while maintaining a high-level and strategic mindset.

The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead in the design, implementation, and testing of advanced management reporting and dashboards to communicate financial forecasts and results;
  • Define requirements to develop relational databases to converge data from multiple systems and sources into accurate, clear, and visually appealing reports;  
  • Distill financial data into clear messaging and reporting for senior leadership; and
  • Partner with multiple teams and internal stakeholders to develop and continuously enhance reports. 
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field;
  • MBA or CPA is an asset;
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a publicly traded company, global organization, public accounting firm, management consulting firm, or investment bank;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and multi-dimensional ERP systems for data manipulation and report creation;
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence Processes and Technology to create impactful reports, visualizations, and interactive dashboards;
  • Organized and detail-oriented with high standards for quality;
  • Strong business acumen and ability to gain a deep understanding of total business operations;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively;
  • Experience with and preference for a fast-growing and evolving environment;
  • High-achieving, driven individual, who is motivated by career development opportunities.
