Reporting to the VP Sales Strategy, the Team Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of short and mid term activity and project coordination for all teams in the Sales Strategy department. The Team Coordinator will also provide back up executive assistant duties for the VP, Sales Strategy as needed. 


  • Track, monitor and report on team activity and project timelines
  • Own the teams records management in Sharepoint
  • Lead discovery sessions with other departments to glean information and requirements
  • Draft and edit business processes and work flows through following direction and instruction from the business processes team
  • Design and format Powerpoint Presentations using content provided by the team
  • Data entry and data validation where required
  • Convert analytical conclusions into Powerpoint and Excel reports
  • Gather information and material including competitor intelligence
  • Building external facial visual decks
  • Reviewing reports and analysis to identifying outstanding issues and questions  
  • Basic project management for short term projects
  • Prepare reports, memos, and documents
  • Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials for distribution as requested
  • Draft minutes of meetings, resolutions and standard agreements as requested
  • Assist the team with generating/reviewing/finalizing reports from single or multiple systems

  • Detail and data oriented
  • Quick learner, there is a steep learning curve
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and taking on many tasks at once in an organized fashion
  • Assertive and confident group speaker that can independently follow-up with stakeholders for information
  • Clear communicator that can present information in a structured and outcomes-oriented fashion



  • Experience in a packaged goods or retail environment with demonstrated knowledge on any or all of manufacturing/distribution/retail processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for business purposes
    • Charts/diagrams/tables
  • Prior experience with office tools and software including Outlook and records management (eg. Sharepoint or shared folders)
  • Demonstrated experience with coordinating or managing projects with process
  • Understanding and exposure to business processes and work flows
  • Typing WPM 65+
